callCarlos are always there when you can’t be! Leave a spare set of keys with us and rest assured that we’ll be there for any deliveries or emergencies. We’ll also monitor your property, inside and out, while you’re away, leaving you with nothing to worry about!
Key-holding services
As part of our key-holding services, callCarlos can act as your local point of contact for deliveries to your property, And should you lose your keys or lock yourself out, no worries, we’ll be there in a jiffy to let you in!
ICE: In Case of Emergency
As your key-holder, callCarlos can deal with any emergencies that may arise with, for example, your domestic utility companies or security alarm providers. The regular checking of your property, both inside and out, will allow us to identify and quickly address any issues that may rear their ugly heads while you are away, such as leaks and breakages or interruptions to your power supply.
Our key-holding services also include taking regular meter readings for utility services to promptly detect any unexplained spikes in usage and carry out the necessary investigations in order to quantify issues. If you’ve ever tried to deal with the likes of Endesa yourself, you’ll know that it isn’t much fun!
Regular checks
Should your property be empty simply because you’re away for a long weekend, there’s a gap in rentals for a few weeks, or longer-term periods while you’re travelling or spending time in your home country, our key holding services will provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing your property is safe and properly cared for.
Even if no emergencies arise while you’ve been away we’ll ensure your house is in perfect condition and ready to welcome you on your return.
If you are availing of our key-holding services, your property can be checked either on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis as per your requirements; however bi-weekly is the most common frequency during the winter months. At our discretion, we will check more often during sustained periods of unusual weather such as high winds or rain, or extreme temperatures.

Of course, you can combine our personal assistant services with some of our other services, such as our pool and spa maintenance service, our garden maintenance service, our home cleaning service or our managing bureaucracy service.
