I am from Colombia.
What was your first ever job?
Christmas packaging at a decoration shop.
What was your favourite subject in school?
History and languages
What languages do you speak?
Spanish, Catalan, French and English
How long have you been living on the Costa Brava?
What do you like to do in your free time?
Walking in the mountain with my dog, reading, meeting with friends.
When did you start working with callCarlos?
Two years ago.
What attracted you to the job?
I thought my customer service skills and approach were a great fit for this job and also I was also able to grow and learn professionally.
What is your role within the company?
Customer service & work coordination.
What did you do before callCarlos?
I worked for a Real Estate & Property Management agency and for a Gestoría-Business Consultancy for many years.
If you weren’t working for callCarlos, what do you think you’d be doing instead?
I love and enjoy what I do, especially helping people in any way I can, so I would be working somewhere that would allow me to do so.
Best and worst moments with callCarlos?
Best moments: the good work environment.
Worst moments: last year we experienced difficult moments within the company that are gladly over.
If you could change one thing about callCarlos, what would it be?
Not from callCarlos but from the work itself: the stress and rush we have to deal with every day, but of course this is part of the challenge.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I would love to be in callCarlos and continue improving the service and communication with our clients.
